Managed infrastructure convenience should not require managed infrastructure pricing.
DeployCrate is a passion project built from the way I believe running virtual private servers should feel: powerful, automated, observable, secure, and still priced like infrastructure you own.

The idea
VPS hosting has the compute. It should also have the workflow.
There is a huge gap between raw servers and managed platforms. A good VPS gives you more compute for your money, but too often it asks you to pay with setup time, maintenance work, fragile scripts, and the quiet stress of wondering what you forgot.
Big infrastructure providers are incredible when you need internet-scale primitives. Most companies do not. Most teams need a handful of reliable servers, simple deployments, sane telemetry, security updates, logs, health checks, and a path to grow without rebuilding everything.
DeployCrate exists for that middle ground: modern platform features on ordinary cloud servers, without turning every application into a billing event or every deploy into infrastructure work.
More compute for your buck
A VPS can offer a lot of CPU, memory, and bandwidth for a fraction of managed-platform pricing. DeployCrate is built to keep that advantage intact.
Automation should be standard
Provisioning, deploys, logs, metrics, health checks, security patches, and maintenance should not require a pile of one-off scripts.
Ownership without busywork
Your servers should live in your cloud account under your control, while the repetitive operational work fades into the background.
The goal is not to recreate hyperscale infrastructure for teams that do not need it. The goal is to make everyday server ownership feel calm: easy deployments, useful telemetry, sensible security, and fewer maintenance chores, all at a price that still respects why you chose a VPS in the first place.
You should be able to start small without painting yourself into a corner. A side project, agency workload, internal tool, or growing SaaS should not have to choose between a raw server that needs constant attention and a managed platform that charges as if every team is already operating at internet scale.
DeployCrate is built around a quieter version of infrastructure: own the server, keep the economics, automate the repetitive work, and have enough visibility to sleep when things are running.
The promise
Keep the ease of mind. Lose the heavy invoice.
